Glenn Dale, Maryland - Dr. Mary A. Ogunsanya has been recognized by the Global Directory of Who's Who for her outstanding contributions to the field of pediatrics. Dr. Ogunsanya earned her M.D at Obafemi Awolowo College of Health Sciences in Olabisi Onabanjo University Medical School and completed her Pediatric Residency training at Harlem Hospital Center, affiliated with Columbia Hospital in New York.

In 2003, Dr. Ogunsanya founded the Maryland Children Health Center, where she provides exceptional care to her patients, treating them with the same level of attention and compassion as her own family. At MCHC, she serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, teaching medical students, physician assistant students, and nurse practitioner students from George Washington University, as well as nurse practitioners from across the country.

Dr. Ogunsanya is deeply committed to giving back to the community and regularly participates in medical missions to assist the less fortunate. Her dedication to teaching and mentorship has been recognized with awards such as the Best Preceptor of the Year and a Distinguished Teaching Award from George Washington University.

A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Ogunsanya is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Association of Nigerian Doctors. She is happily married and has four children. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading and traveling.
